CLASS TYPES

Rides can be anywhere from 45 to 90-minutes long. There’s something for everyone, so you get the full CLUBALOHA experience.

  • Aloha Ride

    45 mins

    Our flagship beat driven ride. A full body workout to immersive music. Expect combos, climbs, sprints & weights. Complete sweat fest and endurance builder.

  • Intro Ride

    45 mins

    Energetic yet less intense version of the Aloha Ride. Expect more guidance and instruction in this class that’s perfect for newbies or a light workout session.

  • State of Flow

    45 mins

    This purposeful ride will get you into a state of flow through a build-up of intensity, cadence, and resistance. No weights, just riding at its purest.

  • Aloha 60

    60 mins

    Kick it up a notch with this hour-long version of our flagship Aloha Ride. Expect interval training, upper body weights, and a sweet challenge.

  • State of Flow 75

    75 mins

    75 mins of riding at its purest. State of Flow is a purposeful ride that'll get you into a flow state through a build-up of intensity, cadence, and resistance. This is a specialty class and costs two (2) credits to book in.

  • Aloha 90

    90 mins

    Double the fun, double the challenge! This is an advanced ride that will test you mentally and physically. This is a specialty class and costs two (2) credits to book in.
